Humanpersi was founded in 2002.

The company was founded with the partners’ conviction that the Portuguese market would benefit from the creation of a consulting firm characterized by a systemic and integrated approach, focused on results and directed towards sustainable performance and enhancement in our clients’ organizations.

Artur Nunes | Founding and Managing Partner

Sócio Fundador e Managing Partner da Humanpersi, assume a Direção Geral da empresa. With a degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate degree in Project Management and a Master in Human Resources Development Policies, he holds several international certifications in the field of human resources management and development, such as the CPT (Certified Performance Technologist) awarded by ISPI (United States), the certification as BMW Group Consultant, awarded by BMW A.G. (Germany), and certifications in several Training and Assessment of Persona Global.

He has been dedicated for nearly 30 years to facilitating organisational change processes, human resources management and performance improvement.

He believes that focus on results, systemic vision and partnership with clients and other specialists are not only the essence of Humanpersi’s business model, but also the hallmark of all its experience in Portugal, Cape Verde, Timor-Leste, Angola and Mozambique. He argues that it is through working with multinationals and global organisations that we learn and gain experience with best practices worldwide, but it is on knowledge of the business, culture and specific challenges of each client that we should base our capacity to intervene, because although the models and practices may be similar, no two organisations, teams or people are the same.

Maria João Marques | Founding and Senior Partner

Founding partner and Senior Partner of Humanpersi, she assumes the Operational Management of the company, being responsible for the management of teams and projects. With a degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, she is certified in several Persona Global training tools and models, in areas such as persuasive communication, emotional capacity, resilience and agile leadesrhip.

With extensive experience in the areas of training, diagnosis and organizational change, assessment and development of competencies, he has privileged diversity in the exercise of his professional activity, acting in contexts and business sectors as distinct as Retail, Financial Sector, Technologies or Services, both in Portugal and internationally, namely in CPLP countries.

It particularly values change management challenges that imply guiding the culture of organisations towards results, while promoting the continuous development and engagement of human resources.

Ricardo Felizardo | Partner

Partner of Humanpersi, manages and develops consulting projects, being responsible for the coordination of the Talent Acquisition area of Humanpersi.

With a background in Social and Organizational Psychology, advanced training in Management with specialization in Marketing, certified as BMW Group Consultant (BMW AG Germany) and Trainer in several solutions of Persona Global (USA), has 15 years of experience in the areas of Assessment, Development and Talent Management, Diagnosis and Organizational Change, intervening in diversified sectors such as Retail, Automotive, Financial, Central Banks, Hospitality and Services, in national and international context.

In consultancy he finds a constant stimulus to identify new approaches and redesign interventions that contribute to add value to organisations through the establishment of close partnership relations with clients, sustained by the sharing of know-how and reciprocal development.
