He has been dedicated for nearly 30 years to facilitating organisational change processes, human resources management and performance improvement.<\/p>\n
He believes that focus on results, systemic vision and partnership with clients and other specialists are not only the essence of Humanpersi’s business model, but also the hallmark of all its experience in Portugal, Cape Verde, Timor-Leste, Angola and Mozambique.
